Charge Clothing seeks experienced “Charged Up” Rhino Reps (Sales Representatives)

(Long-term residual income earnings on each account obtained!)

We are seeking experienced sales representatives to represent our brand (particularly in the areas of London, Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool). If you currently rep for any other established clothing brands (or have past experience of doing so) and have room to carry our brand as part of your portfolio, we would very much like to hear from you. Why it pays to be a sales rep for us:

Excellent flat rate and generous residual commission earnings
For each successful sales visit or telesales call made (i.e. for each shop obtained that places an order for our clothing) you will receive a flat rate of between £25 - £30 and then on top of this be paid (and this is the powerful part!) residual income at generous rates of between 14% - 18% commission (could rise to 17.5% - 20%) on all future orders placed by that same shop / chain of shops (hopefully for years to come if they continue to stock our brand in the long-term), even if the future orders came directly to us rather than through you. Think about this for the moment, you do the work just once, and get paid repeatedly for it. This means that you are not stuck in the time for money trap that most people are, i.e. only ever earning a precise hourly amount for the hours worked, rather, you could enjoy the benefits of residual income where you do the work just once, and then get paid for it over and over again. When you consider that 75% of our stockists place repeated orders roughly 2-3 times a year, this gives you some idea of the residual earning power of being a sales rep for us (in essence, you will earn between 14% to 18% of every repeat order placed by any shop(s) that you originally obtained for us!). So if a shop ordered 50 T-Shirts (and think of the leverage on your commission earnings when later this year we’ll be producing polos, hoodies and jumpers) say 3 times a year, you would earn £85.00 each time they placed an order just for T-Shirts alone, on top of the original £30 you were paid for securing the shop in the first instance. Not bad for one or two short phone calls or sales visits. If that shop stayed with us for say 5 years you could easily earn over £1,250 in that time on T-Shirt sales alone. Then imagine if you had 10 shops that did the same, and then they started to stock our hoodies and jumpers and so on. These are serious earnings that you could make for doing just a few days work for us every year.

The future
Later this year we will be producing polo shirts, hoodies, jumpers and more. All of these will have higher mark ups than T-Shirts and therefore much more earning potential for our sales reps. Expanding our range in this way will give us much more scope to land accounts in larger chain stores. If you were to gain a deal for us with a chain store think of the ongoing rewards with continued commissions at between 14% to 18% on large orders. If a chain store that you obtained went on to place a £10,000 order every year for the next 10 years, you would enjoy between £1,400 to £1,800 every year (totalling £14,000 to £18,000 respectively over 10 years), all for just a couple of sales visits or phone calls!

Free clothing
It goes without saying that if you are become a sales representative for us, then we will gladly kit you out with lots of free clothing.

Exclusive selling rights
Sales representatives enjoy exclusive selling rights for our brand in their allocated geographical area without fear of another sales rep treading on your patch. Furthermore, the Company agrees not to undermine acting sales representatives by making direct sales calls to any potential shops or customers within a territory at the same time as it is being represented by a sales representative.

You clinch the deal and we take care of the rest
Once you clinch a deal with a new outlet, we largely take care of the rest, e.g. stocking, restocking and dealing with general enquires. Where shops prefer to deal with the sales representative direct (or if that is the way you would prefer to work), then we would simply ask you to call through any orders, communications or problems promptly through to us so we can either deal with it or provide you with the necessary information to relay back to the shop.

Simple to carry
We realise that any sales reps has a limit on what they can cart around on sales visits, therefore, we keep things simple giving you minimal samples, forms and brochures to carry meaning you can easily carry our brand alongside any others that you represent.

Totally flexible in meeting orders
This makes your job a lot easier as it means you haven’t got to request minimum orders from potential stockists. We are totally flexible and we are used to dealing with small or large orders. Some of our stockists request just one size and one colour in certain designs, we are happy to meet such requests as we believe in being as flexible as necessary in order to meet our customer demands. We are especially flexible on first time orders (even to the point where we will offer an initial ‘sale or return’ trial to prove brand viability if a potential stockist is reluctant to test us out / pay up front) as we are confident that once we have our ‘foot in the door’, the stockist will keep coming back for more. This has proved the case with shops that we have stocked to date.

Other key selling points:

* Fresh ‘up and coming’ brand making early noises with coverage on MTV and at the Ministry of Sound.

* Strong brand name, Charge is a ‘hard-hitting’ memorable name backed with a unique philosophy. The philosophy behind the brand is important as Charge Clothing is not merely based upon some random name we thought just sounded cool, rather it has a real theory and story of importance behind it.

* Already selling well in mid-market and up-market independents. You have the opportunity to catch the brand very early, well before it’s forecasted exponential growth and way ahead of market saturation. Any potential outlet can test the brand virtually risk free (the only thing they have to provide is a little shop space to test us out), this makes it very hard to say no to. Furthermore, they have the fear that if they say no you may then walk down the road to (or telephone) their nearest competitor who in turn could make a big success out of something they had let slip by. This is a powerful selling weapon.
